Agua Amarga is a little
fishermen’s village located in the heart of the Natural Park
Cabo de Gata-Níjar. With an overall population that hardly
reaches 200 inhabitants in the low season, the village blinds the
visitors with its whiteness and hunts them with its climate and
quietness. The beach is wide and of fine sand, well-harboured from
the wind and the scarce currents affecting the area. The surroundings
are communicated with paths and treks that run through the Park
discovering coves, panoramas and species genuinely unusual.
